BTT Brain Wellness Institute – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At BTT Brain Wellness Institute, we are committed to delivering personalized care and exceptional service. In order to maintain the highest quality of care for all our clients, we kindly ask that you observe our cancellation and rescheduling policies outlined below.
Appointment Cancellation
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
For same-day cancellations or no-shows, the full cost of the session will be charged. This policy is in place to honor the time reserved for you and ensure availability for other clients who may need care.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty. Changes made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time will be considered as “cancellation” due to the late change and are subject to the same fees as a cancellation.
To reschedule, please contact us by email or phone during business hours. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time.
Package & Program Appointments
If you have purchased a package or ongoing program, missed appointments without proper notice will be deducted from your remaining sessions. Refunds are not provided for cancellations of a program unless the cancellation is made within 48 hours of purchase and before any sessions have been used.
Emergencies & Exceptions
We understand that emergencies can happen. In case of medical emergencies or serious unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible. Each situation will be reviewed individually, and fees may be waived at our discretion.Contact Information
